About Us

InSell is a coin-based rewards platform. You create a free account, earn coins and balance through daily activity on the platform, and can grow your earning potential by leveling up. This page explains, in plain language, exactly how everything works so you can make informed decisions before you use or spend anything on the platform.

The platform is maintained through advertising revenue and optional coin purchases, allowing us to continuously improve features and maintain platform operations - see the Transparency section below for full details.

How The Platform Works

Here is the complete workflow, step by step, in the order you'll actually experience it.

🪙 What Are Coins?

Coins are the platform's internal currency. They have no cash value on their own - their only purpose is to unlock higher Levels, which in turn raise your daily earning limit. You get coins by making a Deposit (see below).

📈 How Level Upgrades Work

Every account starts at Level 0 with a base daily earning limit. Spending coins to upgrade to a higher Level increases how much you're able to earn each day. Each Level has a fixed coin cost and a fixed daily limit, both of which are always shown to you on the Level Upgrade screen before you confirm anything - there are no hidden costs or surprise changes after the fact.

⏱️ Daily Earning Limits

Your Level determines a maximum amount you can earn per day. This limit resets every day. Your dashboard always shows your current progress toward that day's limit in real time, so you always know exactly where you stand.

💰 How Deposits Work

To buy coins, you make a Deposit:

• Choose a coin plan and pay the shown amount via UPI.
• Submit your payment's UTR (transaction reference) number on the platform.
• In most cases, automatic payment verification confirms your payment within moments and credits your coins immediately.

If automatic verification is temporarily unavailable, times out, or is unable to confirm a payment - your deposit request is never discarded. Instead, it is saved with a Processing status and placed in a manual review queue for our team to check by hand. You can track this status at any time from your Deposit History page, which will always show one of the following:

• ⏳ Processing - awaiting manual review by our team. No action needed from you.
• ✅ Approved - verified, and your coins have been credited to your account.
• ❌ Rejected - not approved. The specific reason is always shown in your Deposit History.

🏦 How Withdrawals Work

Once your balance and Level meet the minimum withdrawal requirements shown on the Withdraw page, enter an amount and your UPI ID, then confirm your account password when asked - this is what authorizes the request, so keep your password private. Every withdrawal request is then reviewed by our team and will show one of the following statuses in your Withdrawal History:

• ⏳ Processing - your request has been received and is being reviewed.
• ✅ Approved - your withdrawal has been processed to your UPI ID.
• ❌ Rejected - not approved. The reason is shown in your Withdrawal History, and the amount is automatically returned to your balance.

🤝 How The Referral System Works

Every account gets a unique referral code and link, available on the Referral page. When someone registers using your link and later makes a verified deposit, you automatically receive a commission - a percentage of their deposit amount - credited directly to your balance. The current referral percentage is always shown on your Referral page. There is no limit to how many people you can refer.

Registration

To create an account you provide a valid email address and phone number, and set a password. Adding a referral code at sign-up is optional. Before your account can be created, you must actively confirm that you have read and accept both this Terms & Conditions document and our Privacy Policy - the Create Account button will not work until both are accepted.

You're responsible for keeping your login details and account password confidential, and for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration.

Transparency: How We Keep This Platform Running

We believe you should always know how a platform you use makes money. Here's ours, plainly:

• The platform may display advertisements throughout the dashboard and other sections. Advertisement revenue helps operate, maintain, and improve the platform.
• The platform may use multiple revenue sources, including advertisements and optional coin purchases, to support its operations.
• Coin purchases are completely optional and exist only to unlock higher earning Levels and additional platform features - they are never required to use the platform.

User Responsibilities

• Keep your account password private, and use a strong, unique password - it's also what confirms your identity before any withdrawal.
• Provide accurate registration, payment, and UPI details - incorrect UTR numbers or UPI IDs can delay or prevent processing.
• Use only one account per person. Multiple accounts created to abuse referrals, daily limits, or deposit verification may result in account suspension.
• Only submit deposit requests for payments you have genuinely made.
• Comply with all applicable laws when using the platform.

Butterfly Duel: Game Fairness

The platform includes an optional mini-game, Butterfly Duel, playable with Coins or Money in a "vs AI" mode or an "Online" mode against another real user. Here's exactly how it works:

• All outcomes are decided server-side. Every move, the opponent's response, and the final result are computed and verified on our servers - never on your device - so nothing displayed in your browser can be altered to change an outcome.
• vs AI mode: your odds of winning a real-stakes round are a disclosed, admin-configurable probability (not zero, and not guaranteed). Betting with Coins pays out in Money at 2.5x on a win; betting with Money pays out in Money at 5x, since no currency conversion is involved.
• Online (PvP) mode: you are matched with another real player wagering the same amount. Whoever pops the last butterfly wins the round. Both players' bets are pooled, a platform fee (currently disclosed in-game) is deducted, and the remainder goes to the winner. Neither player can see or influence the other's device.
• Trial mode is always free, uses no real Coins or Money, and never affects your balance.
• Leaving an Online match in progress, or letting your turn time out, results in the round being awarded to your opponent - this is disclosed in-game before you start a real-stakes round.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

To provide the platform's features, we collect and store:

• Your email address and phone number, used to identify your account and for support.
• Your UPI ID, used to process withdrawals you request.
• Deposit and withdrawal records, including UTR numbers, needed to verify payments and keep an accurate history of your account.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, and session activity, used for account security and to keep you signed in.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to operate your account: processing deposits and withdrawals, calculating referral commissions, sending you account notifications, and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing, meaning even we cannot see your actual password. Sensitive actions are protected with security tokens to prevent unauthorized requests. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take reasonable, ongoing steps to protect your data.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request account deletion by contacting support. Some information, such as transaction records, may need to be retained for a period to comply with financial record-keeping obligations even after a deletion request.

By registering for an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this entire document, including the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy sections below.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use this platform, and you must provide accurate information at registration.

Coins, Levels, Deposits & Withdrawals

These all work exactly as described in the How The Platform Works section above, which forms part of these Terms. In particular:

• Deposits verified automatically are credited immediately under the existing verification process.
• Where automatic verification fails, times out, or cannot confirm a valid payment, the deposit is placed under Processing status and reviewed manually. This does not change the amount you paid or are owed - it only changes how the payment is confirmed.
• A Processing deposit that is Rejected will always show a specific reason in your Deposit History, and you're welcome to contact Support about it.

No Guaranteed Income

As stated in the Transparency section above, this platform does not guarantee income, profit, or any specific return. Earnings depend on your own activity within the platform's rules.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or restrict an account that we reasonably believe is engaged in fraud, abuse of the referral or deposit-verification system, multiple-account abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. Where possible, we will explain the reason via your account notifications or Support.

Changes to These Terms

We may update this document from time to time to reflect changes in how the platform works or to improve clarity. The "Last Updated" date at the top always reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
